Cardivo guides
Mood, stress, and pulse
This article is for general wellness education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Camera readings in Cardivo are estimates. If you feel unwell or think you are having an emergency, contact emergency services and a clinician.
The nervous system and the heart share a hallway. Worry, anger, and a short night can lift resting-style pulse. A long walk and a real meal can settle it. None of that makes a heart-rate app a psychiatrist or a cardiologist.
Journal the pairing
Cardivo lets you park a mood tag next to a reading. Over a week you may notice “anxious + higher BPM” on deadline days and “calm + lower BPM” after sleep. That pattern is self-knowledge. It is not proof of a disease and not a reason to skip care you already need.
Stress is not a score you have to beat
Home “stress” and “energy” style labels, when you see them, are wellness interpretations of recent data. They are not a clinical stress test and not a mental-health diagnosis.
If you are in crisis
If you may harm yourself or you are in a psychiatric emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Do not wait for an app result.
